MELBOURNE, Australia, Dec. 9, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- Global analytical science and device company Trajan Group Holdings Limited (ASX: TRJ) (Trajan or the Company) has entered into a binding agreement to acquire the business of LEAP PAL Parts and Consumables, LLC ("LPP"), based in Raleigh North Carolina USA for $US 7.7 million, with a planned Completion date of 30^thDecember 2021. LPP, (https://www.palparts.com^[1]), is expected to achieve calendar year 2021 revenues of $US 7.4 million and a normalized EBITDA of $US 1.04 million, (unaudited). LPP has a team of nine staff operating the specialized parts and supplies distribution business, supporting customers operating automated laboratory workflows based on the PAL** platform from CTC Analytics AG Switzerland. The transaction will be funded by Trajan through a combination of existing cash and debt.
