Last Call for Tradies Before Christmas

The Christmas bells might not be ringing for Santa yet, but they are fast approaching, and the sooner you start getting organised, the better. Before you start present shopping or recipe browsing, start by reviewing whether your house is up to the task of handling the holiday season from start to finish.

Is there a slow drip in the guest bathroom? Have you been ignoring a bare patch on the wall after a DIY patch job, but know your in-laws will notice? Whatever your renovation or repair needs, now is the time to make your list and track down the most reliable tradies in your local area. As Christmas inches closer, tradespeople are fielding calls and filling their calendars fast! So, if you have plans to host Christmas, entertain over the holidays, or you’re worried about how great your neighbours’ homes are looking, now is the right time to make the call.

You don’t need to listen to your mother-in-law lead a game of which-shade-of-yellow-is-the-wallpaper-now?or pretend you can’t see the damp patch on the ceiling directly above the dining room table. Instead, you can take a proactive approach to home care.

Don’t wait until Christmas Eve to find out your hot water system can’t handle the additional stress.

Can I Have It Done Before Christmas?

It depends on how quick you are to pick up the phone and make the call.

Tradespeople are gearing up for a busy season, and with both high demand and the delays the industry faces, you can’t risk waiting another moment. Now is the time to get your hot water system updated, upgraded, or serviced. Just be sure you’ve picked up on all those minor repairs and renovations to ensure it’s all taken care of before the holidays roll around.

With staff shortages and supply chain issues putting intense pressure on many industries, the waiting lists are growing longer as tradespeople start filling their schedules. You might think everything is fine, but it’s better safe than sorry.

So, grab a pen and paper and make your way around the house to look out for potential issues that could become a problem before the holidays are over. Call the painter, plumber, or electrician and schedule work before it’s too late.

Whether you’re desperately hunting for a Master Painter in Perth, looking for a reliable plumber in Brisbane, or in Adelaide in urgent need of an electrician, there are reliable masters all over Australia.
